About your order: Thank you so much for shopping at Lauren Alexa!  We greatly appreciate your business and want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and as easy as possible!  We are always happy to assist you with making your selection.  Please ask all questions necessary and carefully read the item description prior to placing your order.  To purchase an item, simply click on the pink 'Add to Cart' button located near the item.  You will then be directed to a page that will display the quantity and item description and number.  You may update your cart with additional items or remove an item by selecting the appropriate box.  Check out is very secure with Paypal.  Enter your Paypal login name and password and your order will be processed. Payment may be made with an E-Check, Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. If you do not have a Paypal account or wish to purchase an item by using your credit card, select this option and you will be directed to a page that will allow you to enter the appropriate credit card and shipping information.  It’s that easy!

U.S. customers may also wish to purchase items using a personal check or money order.   Please note:  Orders for items purchased with a check or money order will require an additional processing time of 7-10 days will be required for those items purchased and can be submitted via email.   Please direct payment to the address listed on our Contact Page.

International Orders: Please email us prior to placing your order for availability.

Sales Tax - Michigan Residents: We are required to charge 6% sales tax for all items shipped within the State of Michigan.   Items shipped outside of Michigan will not be charged sales tax.  If you have a question concerning your sales tax responsibility for on-line purchases, please contact your state sales tax authority, typically located in your capital city and they should be able to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery Information: Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the package.  All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges.  Expedited shipping may be requested for an additional charge and to select in-stock items only.  Please email or telephone us with any questions you may have concerning shipping or expedited shipping.  We will be happy to provide you with shipping information in advance of your order.

Custom and Made-to-Order items often require a minimum of 4-6 weeks of production time.   Time of Delivery for your order may depend on the nature of the item ordered as well as it's Manufacturer. In some cases, this may be even longer, especially with furnishings.  While we will do our best to provide you with the most accurate information concerning your item’s completion and shipping date, please remember this is an ESTIMATE.   Be assured that we will follow your order closely from the time it is ordered throughout the entire production process.

BackOrders: Occasionally an item or fabric is not available and placed on back order.  Should that occur, we will check into an expected date of delivery and provide you with this information as soon as possible.  If you choose to cancel your order due to this unanticipated delay, you may do so and you will be credited according to your original method of payment.

Gift Wrapping Services: Gift wrap is complimentary at Lauren Alexa and is available on all in-stock clothing and select gift items.  Your gift will be wrapped with beautiful paper and tissue and will include your special message on a Lauren Alexa gift card.   Custom Gift Baskets are also available for an additional charge.   Please contact us with your specific request.

Our Layaway Policy: We are happy to provide Layaway Service for purchases on any IN-Stock merchandise totaling $250.00 or more.  A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit will secure your layaway and ensure your items to be held for you for the amount of (60) days.  Payments are required to be made every (30) days and balance to paid in full prior to shipping.  There are no Refunds on Layaway merchandise.   If you wish to return any layaway item, you must contact us within (3) days of receipt for authorization to exchange your item.
