advertised to the general public at a lower price than we have advertised at Lauren Alexa, please
contact us with the item name and price, as well as the web site where you found the same item.
If the item is identical, we will honor that price. Please note that fabric, custom orders of
bedding and furniture are excluded, as are Ebay items and any Clearance or Close Out
items.
Our Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly refund the purchase price for any authorized
return of any in-stock items purchased from Lauren Alexa. If you need assistance determining if
your item is considered In-Stock, we may be reached via email or telephone.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 business days from reciept for authorization to return.
ALL Returns must be received within 10 days from original receipt. Items must be received in original
packing and in original condition as when shipped. After receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, the purchase price will
be credited according to your original method of payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
Custom Order Cancellation:
Custom, Special and Made-to-Order items can be cancelled only within (3) Business days of placing your order. Custom
and Made-to-Order items include all Furniture, Crib bedding and Fabric yardage, as well as select personalized gift
items. To cancel an order, please email us with your order information and the purchase price will be credited according to your original
method of payment. AFTER THREE DAYS ALL CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. If you are uncertain as
to whether your purchase is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact us before ordering the
item.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect all merchandise carefully for damage that may have occurred during shipping and contact
us immediately. Claims made for damaged merchandise must be made within (3) business days of receipt
of the item. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Your personal information will be kept private. We require certain information in order to
process your order. If you choose to join our mailing list, we will never sell your information
to another party. If you do not wish to be contacted concerning new products, please send us an
email letting us know that you no longer wish to receive emails concerning sales and events.
